About the role
As an Area Sales Manager, you will meet customers daily and discuss warehouse and logistics solutions. You will gain an understanding of the customer's logistics flows and explore how you as a seller can offer improved conditions. You will be responsible for an optimized offering with Mitsubishi Logisnext's modern portfolio of both new and used forklifts, developed and manufactured in Europe. You will combine this with financing solutions, short-term rentals, service agreements, and other additional services in Southern Skåne.
You will work from your home office and travel to customers in Southern Skåne. A suitable place of residence may therefore be Malmö or Lund. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Your days will include the following:
- Customer outreach based on a prospect list
- Planning weekly activities and conducting customer visits
- Coordinating interesting new customer visits with the Regional Sales Manager/Service Manager
- Meetings with existing customers to secure long-term relationships
- Creating quotes and registering all steps from quote to won business in the CRM system
- Follow-up and analysis of the current situation and outcomes with the Regional Sales Manager/Service Manager
- Continuous contact with the internal organization such as Service, Used, Short-term Rental, and Order office to ensure efficiency in sales and administration
- Participating and contributing in teams around key customers and strategic accounts
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who not only knows how to develop customers and increase revenue but also gives our customers that little extra - every time. You are a seller who has the ability to look beyond the obvious. Therefore, we believe you have the following competencies:
- Technical educational background
- Understanding of consultative technical sales, preferably experience from project sales
- Understanding of material flows and logistics processes
- Good communication skills - a relationship builder
- Self-driven and goal-focused - you keep track of your existing business and prospects, and know how to turn opportunities into profitable business
- Problem-solving skills
- You understand the importance of administration and structure
- English in spoken and written form
It is a plus if you can create audience-adapted presentations and have experience with MS365, CRM/CPQ systems.
You will travel within Skåne and some overnight stays may occur in the job.

Location: You will work from your home office within the region.
Type of employment: permanent employment.
